Kim Annello, General Counsel at Express Legal Funding

Kim Annello serves as In-House General Counsel at Express Legal Funding, where she oversees legal strategy and operations. With over 25 years of legal experience, Kimberly brings deep expertise in commercial litigation and legal funding, having previously served as In-House Counsel and Head of Funding at Express Legal Funding and Vice President of Operations at RapidFunds.

Earlier in her career, she spent over 14 years as a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, one of the world’s largest law firms. Kim Annello earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and holds a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Miami University.
